Copycat Pink Drink (Paleo, AIP, Whole30, Healthier)

This copycat pink drink is the perfect healthier Starbucks dupe! It’s a healthier version of a favorite that’s also paleo, AIP, and can be made whole30.


Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup hot cup water
  • 2 acai green tea bags (for AIP hibiscus tea- see notes)
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp honey (omit for whole30)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced


  1. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and allow to steep for 5-6 minutes. Squeeze the tea bags over the water to ensure the water is a vibrant color. Allow the water to come to room temperature.
  2. Add the ice to a tall cup (or two small cups) and pour the tea over the ice.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, honey, and strawberry slices and mix well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.


For a tea that’s not as strong and caffeinated, you can reduce the tea to one bag and have a lighter colored drink, or divide the recipe into two glasses for a smaller serving.
