Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen seedless watermelon balls
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp carob powder (cacao works if you can tolerate it)
- 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
- If coconut oil is in a solid, melt over low heat for 2-3 minutes (skip this step if already melted)
- Add carob (or cacao) powder, and honey and stir
- If this was melted let cool for about 5 minutes
- Place frozen cherries and watermelon in a bowl
- Spoon the coconut carob sauce over the frozen fruit (the mixture should harden quickly if not immediately over the frozen fruit)
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
