  • Author: Michelle
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

These grain-free cinnamon sugar chips with fruit salsa are the perfect easy to make a healthy snack! They’re paleo-friendly and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Scale

For the fruit salsa

  • 1/4 cup mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup kiwi, diced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, diced
  • Juice & zest of 1/4 lemon

For the chips

Instructions

For the fruit salsa

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and allow to chill in the fridge.

For the chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stack the tortillas one on top of the other and use a knife to cut the tortillas into 8 equal slices, like you would slice a pizza.
  3. Seperate the chips and evenly space them on the baking sheet.
  4. Combine the ghee, coconut sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Brush the mixture on each chip, on both sides until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to the oven and allow to bake for 10-12 minutes, without flipping the chips. Check the chips at 10 minutes to ensure they don’t over bake, and extend the cook time only if needed.
  6. Allow to cool to the touch before serving with fruit salsa.

Notes

Every oven will cook the chips a bit differently. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!
