- 3/4 cup tigernut flour
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Using a food processor, combine all of the ingredients until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides to fully incorporate.
- Add 1-2 tbsp more avocado oil if a creamier butter is desired, or more maple syrup if you’d prefer it to be sweeter.
- Store the tigernut butter in a glass container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
