tigernut flour

+ 2 tbsp avocado oil

tbsp
maple syrup

cinnamon

Instructions
Using a food processor, combine all of the ingredients until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides to fully incorporate.
Add 1-2 tbsp more avocado oil if a creamier butter is desired, or more maple syrup if you'd prefer it to be sweeter.
Store the tigernut butter in a glass container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
