- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen strawberry
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt)
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Toppings
- Fresh berries
- Chia seeds
- Hemp hearts
- Sliced mango
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend well until thick, creamy, and all of the ingredients are fully blended and no chunks remain. Add more milk in a thinner smoothie is desired, or more frozen fruit if you prefer a thicker smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the toppings of your choice!
