Description
This matcha green smoothie is a nourishing and yummy pick me up that’s made with fresh fruit, coconut milk, and matcha powder. It’s paleo, dairy-free, and AIP.

- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk (sub almond milk if tolerated, or water)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 1/2 cup mango, frozen
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 scoops collagen peptides (or 4 tbsp)
- Sliced kiwi to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Using a high speed blender, blend the milk with the matcha powder for 5-10 seconds or until fully combined.
- Add in the spinach and blend for another 10 seconds or until the mixture is fully liquid and no large bits of spinach are visible.
- Add the remainder of the ingredeints (reserving the optional kiwi) and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if a thinner smoothie is desired.
- Serve immediately and top with kiwi if desired.
