Matcha Green Smoothie

This matcha green smoothie is a nourishing and yummy pick me up that’s made with fresh fruit, coconut milk, and matcha powder. It’s paleo, dairy-free, and AIP.


Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk (sub almond milk if tolerated, or water)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup mango, frozen
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides (or 4 tbsp)
  • Sliced kiwi to serve (optional)


  1. Using a high speed blender, blend the milk with the matcha powder for 5-10 seconds or until fully combined.
  2. Add in the spinach and blend for another 10 seconds or until the mixture is fully liquid and no large bits of spinach are visible.
  3. Add the remainder of the ingredeints (reserving the optional kiwi) and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if a thinner smoothie is desired.
  4. Serve immediately and top with kiwi if desired.
