Description
This snickerdoodle latte is the perfect fall drink to make at home! It’s paleo and vegan-friendly.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (plus additional to garnish)
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 12 oz hot coffee, brewed
- ¼ cup coconut cream
Instructions
- Using a small pot, combine the almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and coconut sugar and stir well to combine. Set the heat to medium low and allow the milk to heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm and steamed. Use a milk frother (or a whisk) to lightly froth until foamy.
- Divide the 12 oz coffee evenly into two large coffee mugs (6 oz per mug) and pour milk over each of the mugs.
- Use a spoon to add the coconut cream on top of the coffee (about 2 tbsp per drink), and lightly stir with a spoon. Serve topped with additional cinnamon if desired.
