Description

This AIP Guacamole is a nightshade-free alternative to the classic! It’s paleo, whole30, and easy to make in just a few minutes at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the avocado to a medium mixing bowl and mash very well with a fork.
  2. Fold in red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and onion powder, and salt.
  3. Stir well and season further to taste. Serve fresh with vegetable crudites or grain-free chips
