Wendy’s Copycat Creamsicle Frosty {dairy free}

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen peach
  • 1 cup Japanese sweet potato, baked and frozen (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup orange segments, peeled
  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth. Add an extra splash of coconut milk if your blender needs a bit of help.
  2. Pour the frosty into two glasses and serve cold!

Notes

To bake the Japanese sweet potato, peel and chop the sweet potato and bake at 400 F for about 25-30 minutes or until tender but not crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before freezing.
