- 1/2 cup dairy-free cream cheese (I use this)
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 radishes, halved and sliced thin
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, yogurt, 1 tbsp of bagel seasoning, and 2 tsp of chives to a small bowl. Whip to combine until well incorporated. Set aside.
- Using a larger bowl, add the chicken, cucumber, radishes, and the cream cheese mixture. Use tongs to toss to combine. Top with an extra 1 tsp of bagel seasoning and 1 tsp chives.
- Serve the chicken salad on a lettuce wrap, gluten-free bagel, or with crackers!
Notes
If you’re eating this as a sandwich, wrap, or on a bagel, I highly recommend serving it with pickled onions or another pickled vegetable! This really compliments the bagel flavor well and brightens up the whole sandwich.
