Fruit & Veggie Freezer Pops

Ingredients

For the strawberry

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1/3 cup beet, steamed and slices
  • 1 cup grape juice

 

For the mango peach

  • 1 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peaches, peeled and slices
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. To make the strawberry popsicles, blend the ingredients together until fully liquid. Place a funnel over the popsicle pouches and pour to the fill line. You should have about 5 popsicles.
  2. Clean out your blender and funnel and repeat the same process with the mango ingredients. 
  3. Place all of the popsicle pouches on a sheet pan or large plate and transfer to the freezer. Freezer overnight or until totally frozen
  4. Once you’re ready to eat them, slice the top off of the pouches and enjoy!
