Ingredients

Black tea
brewed

tbsp
canned pumpkin
¼
cup
coconut cream
½
tsp
cinnamon
⅛
tsp
mace
sub nutmeg if tolerated
¼
tsp
maple syrup or maple sugar
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a blender of your choice
Blend for 5-7 seconds on low
Reheat slightly either in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or on the stove until it starts to steam if desired
Throw on some leggings, an oversized jumper and enjoy
