These campfire bananas are a classic summertime snack that you can make on the grill or in the oven! This version is gluten-free, paleo, and can be made AIP.

  • To make this recipe in the oven, preheat the oven to 400 and set a baking sheet aside. Alternatively, you can make these on the grill by preheating the grill.
  • Prepare the bananas by making a slit in the unpeeled banana about three-quarters of the way through. Stuff with the chocolate chips and marshmallows and wrap each banana tightly in parchment paper, and then foil.
  • Transfer the bananas to the oven (or the grill and cover) and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Carefully unwrap the foil and enjoy with a spoon!
