Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail

This Healthier Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail is made with grapefruit juice, lime, maple syrup, sparkling water, and a sweet and zest rim for the perfect yummy and simple mocktail! Serve it for Cinco de Mayo, or yearound!

Ingredients

For the paloma mocktail

  • 8 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup sub agave syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar see notes
  • 4 oz sparkling water

For the rim of the glasses

  • 2 tsp granulated sweetener Sugar, or something like monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp tajin optional, for spice

Instructions

  • Combine the grapefuit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar in a cocktail shaker cup.
  • Add the lid to the cocktail shaker cup and shake vigorougly for 10-15 seconds or until well combined.
  • Add the granulated sweetener and lime zest on a small plate and gently combine. Run a lime wedge around the edge of two glasses then turn the rims of the glasses on the plate, coating the rims in the sweetener and lime.
  • Fill the glasses about half-way with ice and pour the paloma over the ice, leaving about 2 inches of room on top. Finish off the glasses with sparklying water.
  • Garnish the glasses with rosemary and serve!

Notes

The apple cider vinegar is an optional ingredient to add a little bit a similar kick you would get from alcohol, but with some added benefits. You can easily leave it out if you don't like apple cider vinegar!
