  • Preheat the grill (or grill pan) on medium heat.
  • Wash and scrub the sweet potato well, and slice it into fries about 1/4" in diameter.
  • Add the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings to a bowl and combine. Add the sweet potato fries to the bowl and toss to combine until fully coated.
  • Brush the fries and the grill surface with avocado oil and place the fries onto the grill. Grill on each side for about 7-8 minutes or until cooked through and crisp.
  • Remove from the grill and serve topped with chives with a dip.
