This simple salad is a great way to get the health benefits of sardines!

For the dressing

red wine vinegar
or apple cider vinegar

For the salad

arugula

shredded

radishes
sliced

can of sardines
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the dressing and whisk well. Season further to taste.
Assemble the salad by layer all of the ingredients over the arugula.
Top with dressing and enjoy!
