Wendy's Copycat Creamsicle Frosty {dairy free}

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen peach
  • 1 cup Japanese sweet potato baked and frozen (see notes)
  • ½ cup orange segments peeled
  • ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth. Add an extra splash of coconut milk if your blender needs a bit of help.
  • Pour the frosty into two glasses and serve cold!

Notes

To bake the Japanese sweet potato, peel and chop the sweet potato and bake at 400 F for about 25-30 minutes or until tender but not crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before freezing.
