- 1/3 cup gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 peaches, halved and pits removed
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
- Combine the oats, almond flour, arrowroot starch and cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour in the coconut sugar, maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir well until a crumbly topping forms. Set aside.
- Place the peaches skin side down in the air fryer basket. Top each peach with a spoonful of crumble topping, pressing down to cover most of the flesh of the peach.
- Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool before serving with a side of dairy-free ice cream if desired.
