This air fryer peach crisp is the perfect summer dessert! It’s a mini, single-serve dessert that’s gluten and dairy-free.

There’s nothing like fresh summer peaches! It’s one of the best fruits to make desserts like cobbler or crisps with to serve on a hot day with ice cream. I wanted to make a version that’s closer to a single serve, and more focused on the peach as the star of the dish rather than the topping.

This version is easily made in the air fryer and is totally gluten free and dairy free!

Why you’ll love this air fryer peach crisp recipe

  • It’s a small serving! Sometimes I want a dessert that doesn’t make a whole pan and this recipe is perfect for that!
  • It’s made in the air fryer. In the summer, I love a dessert that doesn’t require me to turn on my oven!

The Ingredients for Air Fryer Peach Crisp

  • Gluten-Free Oats. I highly recommend using gluten-free sprouted oats. I find myself tolerating these much better as someone who is gluten-free.
  • Almond Flour & Arrowroot Starch. You can try to use tigernut flour instead of almond flour. Tapioca starch will easily swap 1:1 for arrowroot starch.
  • Coconut Sugar and Maple Syrup. You can swap out maple syrup for honey.
  • Coconut Oil. You can also use butter or ghee if tolerated.
  • Fresh Peaches. Either yellow or white peaches will work!
  • Cinnamon.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use freestone peaches for an easier time removing the pit. I love yellow peaches, but you can definitely struggle with the pit. White peaches tend to be easier to remove the pit from.
  • Watch the cook time. The cook time will vary a little bit depending on how big your peaches are. You may need 2 minutes more or less!

How can you make this recipe AIP?

I haven’t tried to make this recipe fully AIP, but here are my recommended swaps to try…

  • You can try swapping oats for shredded coconut
  • You can try swapping almond flour for tigernut flour

What to serve with this peach crisp

  • Dairy free ice cream
  • Dairy-free whipped coconut cream

Can you make this recipe ahead of time?

This is definitely best fresh! If you do make it ahead of time, you can reheat them in the air fryer for 2 minutes or so.
