Combine the oats, almond flour, arrowroot starch and cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour in the coconut sugar, maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir well until a crumbly topping forms. Set aside.
Place the peaches skin side down in the air fryer basket. Top each peach with a spoonful of crumble topping, pressing down to cover most of the flesh of the peach.
Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool before serving with a side of dairy-free ice cream if desired.
