  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp salt

For the chicken thighs

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4  cup balsamic vinegar

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The internal temperature should read 165 F.
  5. Serve warm with a side of your choice!
