- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Using a small glass jar or container, combine the 3 ingredients and mix well. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before mixing again. Be sure to break up and clumps or chia seeds stuck to the sides of the jar.
- Cover the chia pudding and transfer it to the fridge. Allow it to sit overnight (or at least 3-4 hours) to allow it to thicken.
- Remove from the fridge and give it another good stir before serving chilled with toppings of your choice.
