Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Repeat, microwaving in 30-second intervals, and stir until melted. Stir in the vanilla extract. Alternatively, you can melt in a double boiler.
- Add your bunny mold to a plate and carefully spoon the chocolate into the mold until all spaces are filled. Use a food scraper to run across the top of the mold to even out the chocolate if needed.
- Sprinkle the crushed strawberries and salt over chocolate.
- Transfer to the fridge for at least an hour (or more depending on the size of your mold) to allow to harden.
- Carefully remove from the mold and serve chilled.
Notes
If you don’t have a food scraper, you can use the flat edge of a spatula.
To make AIP, follow this recipe I have for gelt! All you have to do is follow this recipe with a different mold and add freeze-dried strawberries.
