Description
This pumpkin butter is the perfect fall spread! It’s made with pumpkin puree, apple cider, and is free of refined sugar.

- 1 13.5oz can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup apple cider (sub apple juice)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a pot set to low heat and stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring often, until the pumpkin butter is thick and reduced.
- Serve over gluten-free toasts, with apples, etc!
