Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the zucchini well and slice off the ends. Slice the zucchini in 1/4″ sliced (you should have about 20-24 slices).
  3. Add the zucchini to the baking sheet and top each zucchini slice with a large spoonful of sauce. Cover the sauce with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Finally, top with 2-3 slices of beef slices.
  4. Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve topped with chopped parsley.
