Homemade Lavender Whipped Honey

  • 16 oz light honey
  • 23 tsp lavender extract


  1. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the honey on high for 15 minutes or until the honey is thick and creamy. It should be a light, white/cream color and creamy. 
  2. Add the lavender extract 1 tsp at a time, and whip for 10 seconds each time, tasting as you go to achieve the flavor you like.
