Homemade Lavender Whipped Honey
This Homemade Lavender Whipped Honey is so incredibly easy and delicious! Add it to waffles, pancakes, biscuits, or even lattes.
Have you ever heard of whipped honey?! I’ve seen maple butter here and there during the holidays, and whipped honey is the same concept. It’s really just whipped honey… that’s it! Honey that’s whipped in a stand mixer or with an electric mixer until it’s creamy.
I saw my friend Healthy Little Peach share her recipe, and I had to try my own hand at it with a little bit of a Springy flare. This version has added lavender for the perfect spring/summer recipe that tastes amazing on pancakes or in coffee.
Why you’ll love Homemade Lavender Whipped Honey
- Use for the BEST latte! Add to espresso or coffee and this makes the most delicious latte!
- Just two simple ingredients! You’d never know that just honey and lavender extract can make this creamy whipped honey.
The Ingredients for Homemade Lavender Whipped Honey
- Light Honey. Raw honey works great, but use what you have!
- Lavender Extract. I find that these can have different flavor intensities depending on the brand, so you really want to taste this as you go.
The Tools
- A stand mixer or electric hand mixer. You really want to use a stand mixer if you have it so you can be more hands off, but either will work!
How to make Homemade Lavender Whipped Honey
- Step One. Whip the honey until thick and creamy.
- Step Two. Add the lavender extract. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
- Use a light honey. A dark amber honey works too, but a light honey goes best with the light flavor of lavender!
How to store lavender whipped honey
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. The honey doesn’t really need to be refrigerated, but it will separate if you store it for a long time so just rewhip it to serve!

- Stir it into a latte. This makes the absolute best lavender latte of your life!
