Key Lime Pie Dip {Dairy Free}
This key lime pie dip is the perfect easy summer snack! It’s dairy-free and made without refined sugar or grains.
There’s something about summer and key lime that’s just a match made in heaven! We’re big Key West fans, and I never miss out on a chance to make something key lime flavored.
If you want the flavor of key lime pie, but for a fraction of the prep, this dip is for you! It has the key lime flavor you love for little effort, and no dairy or refined sugar.
Why you’ll love this key lime pie dip
- It’s a no-cook recipe. Who wants to turn on their oven? Not me! This recipe is no cook!
- It’s a lighter snack. It’s made with dairy-free yogurt and cream cheese, and honey, rather than white sugar.
The Ingredients for key lime pie dip
- Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt. I love the brand Culina! You can also use plain yogurt and add some vanilla extract.
- Dairy-Free Cream Cheese. I love kite hill cream cheese! You can also use coconut cream and some extra lime juice if you can’t tolerate the nuts in the cream cheese.
- Fresh Lime. Of course, key limes are best if you have access to it.
- Honey. Maple syrup also works.
How to make key lime pie dip
- Step One. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whip until fully combined.
- Step Two. Transfer to the fridge to chill.
- Step Three. Enjoy with lime zest and gluten-free graham crackers or sliced apples!
Tips & Tricks
- Chill the dip. This definitely tastes best chilled, so pop it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Store tightly wrapped to serve later. If you plan to make this ahead of time, it will stay fresh in the fridge for 2 days! Simply wrap it tightly, and reserve the extra lime zest to serve.
What to Serve with Key Lime Pie Dip
- Fresh Fruit. This would be great with granny smith apples!
- Graham Cracker Cookies. Simple Mills Nut Thins are perfect for this recipe.

Hi,
Thank you for the recipe! Another great one to add to my library.
I know a lot of people can’t do anything dairy related. What about lactose free dairy products? My wife has been able to use the products from Green Valley Creamery and hasn’t had a problem. Any drawbacks to using those types of products?
