The Ingredients for the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

  • Almond Butter. I use creamy barney butter, but you should be able to use any nut or seed butter.
  • Coconut Yogurt. I like the brand Culina!
  • Maple Syrup and Vanilla Extract.
  • Almond Flour. I haven’t tested with any other flours.
  • Chocolate Chips. I always use dairy-free chocolate chips!
  • Flakey Salt. This is for topping and really brings out the sweetness of the dip!

Tips & Tricks

  • Use Culina yogurt. This is just the best coconut yogurt I’ve found! It’s the perfect flavor for this recipe as it’s not too overpowering.
  • If your almond butter is too firm, heat it up. You can either use a nut butter that’s naturally drippy, or just heat up your almond butter to make it easier to stir. If it’s too firm, the dip will be too thick.

Can you make this recipe nut free?

Though I haven’t tested this recipe to be nut free, you can try tigernut butter or seed butter like sunflower butter. You can also try to swap almond flour for tigernut flour.

Can you make this coconut free?

You can use different dairy-free yogurts for this recipe like oat milk yogurt, or almond milk yogurt.

Can you bake this cookie dough dip into cookies?

This particular recipe doesn’t lend itself well to being baked. It’s definitely meant to be a dip!
