Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut yogurt, cream cheese, honey, lime juice and lime zest (reserving some lime zest to top) in a bowl and whip until fully combined.
  2. Transfer to the fridge to chill for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with additional lime zest and gluten-free graham crackers or sliced apples for dipping.

Notes

To make the recipe AIP, substitute the cream cheese for hardened coconut cream. Add additional lime juice for more of the tangy cream cheese flavor.
