This mango lassi is a delicious and refreshing drink! It’s dairy-free, paleo, vegan, and AIP-friendly.

- 1 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (use this for homemade)
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender, blend the mango, yogurt, coconut milk, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon together for 10-15 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and top with the remainder of the cinnamon. Serve fresh.
