Description

This mango lassi is a delicious and refreshing drink! It’s dairy-free, paleo, vegan, and AIP-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (use this for homemade)
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Using a high-speed blender, blend the mango, yogurt, coconut milk, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon together for 10-15 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and top with the remainder of the cinnamon. Serve fresh.
