- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
For topping
- Whipped coconut cream
- Dairy-free chocolate chips (sub carob chips for AIP)
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender, blend the smoothie ingredients (reserving the honey) until smooth. After blended, taste and add honey if more sweetener is desired.
- Pour the shake into one large cup (or two smaller cups) and top with whipped coconut cream and chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
