Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ banana frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ small avocado
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1 ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

For topping

Instructions

  • Using a high-speed blender, blend the smoothie ingredients (reserving the honey) until smooth. After blended, taste and add honey if more sweetener is desired.
  • Pour the shake into one large cup (or two smaller cups) and top with whipped coconut cream and chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
