Ingredients

- 1/2 lb pasta (I use jovial gluten-free pasta, or you can use cassava pasta for grain-free)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
For the oven
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and strain.
- Toss the pasta with olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Lay the pasta flat on the baking sheet, making sure that the pasta doesn’t overlap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. Serve with a marinara sauce for dipping.
For the air fryer
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and strain.
- Toss the pasta with olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the pasta to the air fryer (in a single layer if possible) and cook at 400 F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cook time may be up to 12-13 minutes depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Serve with a marinara sauce for dipping.
