cauliflower florets
steamed and cooled

large avocado

Instructions
Add the cauliflower to a food processor and puree until smooth.
Add in the avocado, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of olive oil, salt, pepper garlic, and onion powder. Puree until creamy and fully incorporated.
Remove from the food processor and chill for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
Serve in a bowl topped with 1 tbsp of olive oil, cilantro, and a side of crackers or fresh vegetables.
