Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis
  • 3 oz white grape juice
  • 3 oz green tea brewed and cooled
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Peel one kiwi, slicing half of it and dicing the other half to use as garnish.
  • Using a lemon squeezer or a citrus reamer, juice the other two kiwis in a glass or bowl. Using a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag, strain the pulp out of the kiwi juice and transfer to another larger bowl.
  • Using 3 oz of the kiwi juice, combined with the grape juice, green tea, and lime juice. Mix well, and then mix in the diced kiwi. Pour over ice into two small glasses. Garnish with kiwi slices.
