  • 1 tbsp + 2 tsp gelatin
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the milk

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • To make the jelly cubes, add 1 cup of the coffee to a pot along with the maple syrup. Gently stir to combine. Sprinkle the gelatin over the coffee and allow it to harden.
  • Transfer the pot to the stove and heat over low heat for 3-4 minutes or until fully liquid. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla
  • Use a dropper to carefully transfer the liquid into a mold. Alternatively, you can use a large glass container. Transfer to the fridge for 4 hours or until fully set.
  • Carefully remove from the mold and divide the jelly among two glasses.
  • Make the flavored milk by combining the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour the milk over the jelly cubes and serve with a spoon!
