These ginger fruit popsicles are the perfect easy and anti-inflammatory summer treat! They're made with fresh fruit, lemonade, and fresh ginger for a lower-sugar treat.
Combine the water, lemonade and grated ginger. Whisk well to combine.
Using a popsicle mold, press 2-3 slices of fruit to the side of the wall of popsicle mold, varying the fruit for each mold.
Pour the liquid to the top of the popsicle mold, leaving just a small amount of space at the top.
Add the popsicle sticks and covers onto the mold and place in the freezer overnight, or until fully frozen.
Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles before pulling out of the mold and enjoying!
Notes
A note about the lemonade: If you want a lower-sugar option, you can use lemon water instead! Adjusting the ginger to taste: I like to use a larger thumb of ginger, but if you're sharing with kids who don't like the ginger flavor as much, you can use a smaller thumb of ginger.
