Healthy Orange Creamsicle Smoothie {without banana!}

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower steamed and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup yogurt I use coconut yogurt
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Honey optional
  • ¼ cup fresh coconut whipped cream optional
  • Zest of half an orange

Instructions

  • Using a large blender, combine the cauliflower, peaches, yogurt, orange juice, vanilla extract, and honey. Blend on high until fully blended and creamy. Add additional coconut milk if a thinner smoothie is desired.
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve topped with whipped cream and orange zest.
