Using a small bowl, combine the ghee, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined. Set aside.
Slice the bread into thick slices about 1.5"-2" thick. Spread a generous amount of the ghee mixture onto each side of the toast. Repeat for all slices.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add about 2-3 slices of toast at a time, being careful not to crowd the pan. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is crispy. Repeat for all of the bread.
Serve fresh as a side to a meal.
