Instructions
For the oven
Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and strain.
Toss the pasta with olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Lay the pasta flat on the baking sheet, making sure that the pasta doesn't overlap.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. Serve with a marinara sauce for dipping.
For the air fryer
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and strain.
Toss the pasta with olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Add the pasta to the air fryer (in a single layer if possible) and cook at 400 F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cook time may be up to 12-13 minutes depending on the size of your air fryer.
Serve with a marinara sauce for dipping.
