This pumpkin butter is the perfect fall spread! It's made with pumpkin puree, apple cider, and is free of refined sugar.

Ingredients

can pumpkin puree

cup
apple cider
sub apple juice
½
cup
coconut sugar

tbsp
maple syrup

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
pumpkin pie spice

tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a pot set to low heat and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring often, until the pumpkin butter is thick and reduced.
Serve over gluten-free toasts, with apples, etc!
