Strawberry Mango Salsa

This strawberry mango salsa is an easy, fresh, and flavorful side dish! It's made with all fresh fruit and can be served with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 medium mango diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 1 medium avocado diced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  • Using a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients (reserving the salt). Carefully stir to combine and coat in the lime juice, being careful to not crush the avocado.
  • Top with salt to taste and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
