2-3small gluten-free rollschopped into cubes, optional (this is what I use)

Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the dressing a small bowl and whisk well to combine. Set aside.
Add the romaine, turkey, ham, prosciutto, provolone, cucumber, and pickled onion to a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss well to coat. Add the bread if using and lightly toss again.
Season the salad further to taste with salt and pepper.
