- 1/2 cup dairy-free cream cheese
- 3/4 cup whipped coconut cream (homemade, or storebought like this)
- 2 tbsp almond butter (sub another nut or seed butter)
- 1 dark chocolate bar, chopped (I used this)
- 2 tbsp dairy-free caramel (I use this)
- 1–2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
Instructions
- Using a large bowl combine the cream cheese, whipped coconut cream, almond butter, and chopped chocolate. Mix well to combine.
- Drizzle with caramel on top and serve chilled with granny smith apples for dipping.
