- 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese (I use this)
- 1/2 cup coconut whipped cream (I use this)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (I use this)
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam (I use this)
- 3–4 crushed gluten-free graham cookies (I use this)
Instructions
- Combine the coconut whipped cream, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a stand mixer and whip until fluffy and combined. Alternatively, you can whip with a hand mixer.
- Transfer to a small bowl and allow to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Top with strawberry jam and swirl to combine. Crumble the graham cracker cookies on top and serve with extra cookies for dipping!
