Strawberry Cheesecake Dip {Dairy Free}

Who doesn’t love cheesecake?! Cheesecake is one of those joys of life that you miss once you go gluten and dairy-free. Of course there are options to make it more allergen-friendly, but it tends to be a lot of work. This recipe is the perfect hack for satisfying your cheesecake craving with minimal work. Serve it for a party, for date night, or to share with your kids!

The Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
- Dairy-free Cream Cheese. I use this cream cheese for dairy-free.
- Coconut Whipped Cream. I use this. You could also sub in coconut cream for coconut whipped cream, but are going to need to add more sweetner.
- Vanilla Extract.
- Powdered Sugar. Powdered sugar will usually have cornstarch, but this organic powdered sugar from Wholesome doesn’t have cornstarch!
- Strawberry Jam. I use this strawberry jam.
- Graham Cookies. I use this for gluten-free graham crackers.
How to make Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
- Step One. Mix the coconut whipped cream, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
- Step Two. Allow to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Step Three. Top with strawberry jam and swirl to combine. Crumble the graham cracker cookies and serve with extra cookies for dipping!
Tips & Tricks
- Adjust the sweetness to taste. Cheesecake is a fairly sweet dessert, so I like added powdered sugar to this recipe for that extra pop of sweetness. You can add more or less to start, and taste as you go to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Swap the coconut whipped cream for coconut cream. You can easily swap these out, but you’d almost definitely want to add more sweetener.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut whipped cream (I use this)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (I use this)
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam (I use this)
- 3–4 crushed gluten-free graham cookies (I use this)
Instructions
- Combine the coconut whipped cream, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a stand mixer and whip until fluffy and combined. Alternatively, you can whip with a hand mixer.
- Transfer to a small bowl and allow to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Top with strawberry jam and swirl to combine. Crumble the graham cracker cookies on top and serve with extra cookies for dipping!
