Description
This strawberry mango salsa is an easy, fresh, and flavorful side dish! It’s made with all fresh fruit and can be served with tortilla chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 medium mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 medium avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Juice of one lime
- Pinch of salt to taste
Instructions
- Using a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients (reserving the salt). Carefully stir to combine and coat in the lime juice, being careful to not crush the avocado.
- Top with salt to taste and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
