Ingredients

  • 5 whole peaches sliced
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine the peaches (no need to remove the skin!), yogurt and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until fully pureed.
  • Add the puree to the ninja creami container (confirming it doesn't exceed the fill line). Cover and freeze for 24 hours on a flat surface.
  • Once fully frozen, ensure that the peach mixture is flat and not off-center, as this will damage the blade. Place the frozen cup inside the outer bowl and lock the lid on top. Spin on on sorbet setting once.
  • Remove the lid and make a well in the center of the creami. Add a splash of orange juice and spin again on the respin setting. You'll spin 2-3 times total, adding a small splash of plant milk as needed until the sorbet is creamy to your liking!
  • Serve fresh by scooping into a bowl. If you have leftovers, level off the top and freeze again. Respin when you're ready to enjoy the rest!
