There’s nothing like fresh peaches in the summer! A juicy peach is more than enough on its own, but turn it into a sorbet, and it’s even better. I love turning fresh summer fruit into easy sorbet, like my 2-ingredient mango sorbet, and I was overdue to make a peach version!

- Extra creamy. This recipe adds a touch of dairy-free yogurt to make it extra smooth and velvetly.
Recipe Ingredients
- Whole peaches. Fresh peaches are key! I’m so excited to be partnering with The Peach Truck this summer, and they deliver the most delicious Georgia peaches directly to your front door!
- Dairy-free vanilla yogurt. Any yogurt will work! This helps to give that creamy ice cream texture without any dairy.
- Maple syrup. Honey will also work.
How to make Ninja Creami Peach Sorbet
Here are the simple steps, with photos, to make this recipe. Find full instructions in the recipe card.

Step one. Blend the peach base in a food processor and add to the Ninja Creami container. Freeze for 24 hours.

Step two. Spin on the sorbet setting until creamy!
Michelle’s Tips & Tricks
- There’s no need to peel the peaches! As long as you thoroughly blend the peaches, there’s no need to waste time (or the peach skin) peeling them.
- Make sure the creami base freezes flat and not above the fill line. You’ll see this warning a lot with this appliance because if the mixture freezes at an angle, it can damage the blade. Make sure you freeze the creami container on a flat surface.
- Respin as needed! You can spin until you get the perfect texture that you like!

Ninja Creami Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
- 5 whole peaches, sliced
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the peaches (no need to remove the skin!), yogurt and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until fully pureed.
- Add the puree to the ninja creami container (confirming it doesn't exceed the fill line). Cover and freeze for 24 hours on a flat surface.
- Once fully frozen, ensure that the peach mixture is flat and not off-center, as this will damage the blade. Place the frozen cup inside the outer bowl and lock the lid on top. Spin on on sorbet setting once.
- Remove the lid and make a well in the center of the creami. Add a splash of orange juice and spin again on the respin setting. You'll spin 2-3 times total, adding a small splash of plant milk as needed until the sorbet is creamy to your liking!
- Serve fresh by scooping into a bowl. If you have leftovers, level off the top and freeze again. Respin when you're ready to enjoy the rest!
