  • Whisk the almond flour and protein powder together in a medium bowl.
  • Add the coconut yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir to combine until a cookie dough forms.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips (adding more if desired) and serve topped with flakey salt!

Notes

Storage: The texture of this recipe is best fresh, as it can set a bit in the fridge. I recommend eating it as soon as possible and sharing it to make the most of it when it is at its best texture. If you do store leftovers in the fridge, I recommend letting it sit out for 30 minutes or so before enjoying.
